Keep it simple.
We encourage our people to continually evaluate their priorities to avoid the dangerous traps of busy-ness. We encourage that, by faith, we live out We encourage our people to continually evaluate their priorities to avoid the dangerous traps of busy-ness. We encourage that, by faith, we live out Matthew 6:33.

Take it past Sunday.
We believe every day should be a day of worship as we meditate on God's word, experience his presence, pray, and live out his purpose for our lives. We encourage that you take the challenge of Jesus in Luke 9:23.

Every member in a ministry.
We believe that connecting to a church gives you opportunities to express your love for God by serving others. It is our responsibility to be aggressive in seeking opportunities to use our God-given abilities. Ephesians 2:10

Be real.
Authenticity is what God wants from us - not a performance. You are not expected to fit a certain mold, but rather to be the person God created you to become. Our goal is to value the way God has made you. This echoes the words of David in Psalm 139:14.

Talk to people, not about people.
At The Crossing, we place great value on resolving differences with one another. Gossip and slander are not tolerated. Instead we encourage you to talk to those who have offended you with the goal of reconciliation. We expect everyone to practice the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:15.

Be generous.
We boldly teach the importance of Biblical giving. Giving is necessary for the building of God's kingdom and personal joy in our lives. We are encouraged to be obedient managers of the money God places in our hands. Luke 6:38
